Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue.
We will arrange a replacement (where available) or a refund, depending on your preference and the situation. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If a problem develops after 7 days, please still get in touch, we’ll assess it on a case-by-case basis.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Your rights under Australian law
Our products come with guarantees that apply under Australian law. If something isn’t right, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund where appropriate.
